  Shambhala is an absolutely magical place! I went for the Nervous System Reset Retreat in May/June and had the best time. From the amazing yoga & breathwork sessions, incredible views, and delicious food - I was in heaven! Isabelle is an absolute queen and I cannot recommend going to a retreat here more!!

  Wow, "incredible" doesn't even begin to describe it. This was my first retreat, and it exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect. Isabelle and her mom were the most gracious hosts, truly the sweetest souls. The location was stunning, and the food was absolutely scrumptious. But above all, the yoga was life-changing and incredibly healing. Isabelle leads amazing breathwork and yoga classes that rejuvenated my soul. The surfing was fantastic too.   Wow, what a trip! This horse riding and yoga retreat was exactly what I needed to escape.  Perfect blend of adventure and chill. Isa, our teacher, incredible! We got to ride horses and daily yoga/breath work. The food was amazing, and I met some awesome people. For someone who was super stressed-out, this was the ultimate reset button.   I had the most incredible experience at the Shambhala Retreat in Nosara because of the love of Isabelle, her mother and the entire all team of Shambhala.  The setting was stunning, to see the ocean and hear the waves crashing on the shoreline while learning to calm your nervous system, healing and energizing it though various practices that were all so mindfully picked was so special!  Isabelle is so gifted spiritually and has deep knowledge of many different practices and is an expert in inner work.  I have been blessed to have met many talented “magical” people and she is one of those very special people.  She really wants you to have a good time, ensure your needs are met and she is also super cool.  It’s not work, it her mission and her passion.  She spend quality time with us, singing and sharing her life with us.

The beach is just minutes away, the location is so convenient because it’s in the middle of nature but also just minutes away from Nosara, a super cute town with amazing restaurants, shops and more gorgeous beach.  The beach optional is a turtle nesting beach with black fine sand.  It’s incredible beautiful with many turtles laying eggs, birds and some very friendly dogs as well.  The people of Costa Rica are so special, they live a Pura Vida life.  ❤️  Junior who prepared our food with so much love created the most tasty foods, fresh vegetables, fresh fish, eggs, everything was so so yummy.  Every meal breakfast, lunch and dinner was superb!  We had a chef in our group and she praised his food.

Elena, Isabelle’s mom, is the most sweetest and clearest vessel of love and care.  She takes care of all your physical needs.

Then the group of people that was in my group was magical.  People from all countries and ages and we all became a family.  I literally sobbed when I had to say goodbye.  I didn’t have any expectations coming here and I left with so much love, so much peace, so much light which I have brought back to my life in Miami.  My first day of work was incredible, I felt so much love and peace within myself.  All I saw was love, connection and care for everyone I encountered.

I am eternally grateful for this divine experience.  You don’t have to be spiritual, it’s amazing for anyone who wants to wake up happy and fulfilled!  ❤️

  My daughter and I went to this amazing retreat to enjoy horse riding and the nervous reset course.  Isabelle is an amazing teacher and her mother Elena makes you feel at home immediately.  They make a wonderful team with Isabelle taking care of your spiritual needs while Elana ensures your more material needs are well taken care of.

Junior, the chef is simply amazing. Every meal had multiple delicious options, always just off the tree fresh!  My daughter is mostly vegetarian while I am omnivore and both of us were very happy with the food - and the red snapper was just amazing!

We both came home healthier and happier, both in body and spirit.  If you are looking for a restful restorative trip, with wonderful views and amazing people, you can't do better than Shambhala!
