During the retreat, we explore the greater area of Nosara and the different beaches of the Marine National Parc including Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, and San Juanillo

Discover one of Costa Rica’s best surfing places, Nosara and improve your surfing skills in some of the world’s best conditions. Nosara is world famous for its surfing conditions and is one of the best kept secret surf spot. Take good time with local and international surf coaches. The surf retreat is ideal to begin your surf journey or improve on your surfing skills.
Participants enjoy the relaxed and supportive vibe. The surf coaching will help you improve your warm-up, your paddling, and the way you’re catching waves whether you’re a beginner or an expert. Our surf teachers know the local conditions perfectly and will take you to the best local surfing spots.

Yoga and Breathwork Practice
This Surf and Yoga in Costa Rica retreat includes the Transformative Yoga and Breathwork program
Discover the mysteries of Tantra and Kundalini yoga. An ancient practice that combines powerful and life-changing breathwork, movements, and mantras.
Tra means “tool” and Tan means “body”. Tantra is a tool for the body while Mantra means the tool for the mind. Kundalini yoga will help you tune in for the day and purify your body to another level.
Also, You’ll be practicing yoga in an ocean view Shala as traditionally taught in India.

- 4 x 2 hours Surf Lessons in Nosara’s best spots with a professional and ISA approved surf instructor (includes transportation)
- Open daily Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes from Beginner to Advanced level in Shambala’s Ocean view shala
- Afternoon workshop or gentle yoga class
- 2 Elemental Rhythm and Flow Breathwork and Guided Meditation
